Our workouts are planned on a progressive method, with a complete explanation of how to do each workout. They are customized keeping in mind the client and the requirements. So yes, you can definitely do them.
All our customized program starts with a round of online consultation*(over WhatsApp) with the trainers and client support managers. All medical conditions are discussed in detail. We provide beginner-friendly workouts in such conditions and are guided throughout the program. We truly believe that one body part cannot restrict the movements completely. There is always a modification that you can do in such conditions.
Our workouts are planned in such a way that you need basic equipment like a yoga mat, a set of 2kg (for beginners), and above, based on your activity level. However, if you are not sure if you want to invest initially in dumbbells we would even ask clients to use one-liter water bottles filled with sand or grain to be used as dumbbells.
