I HAVE NOT DONE ANY WORKOUTS FOR A LONG TIME, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO DO THE WORKOUTS THAT YOU GIVE?

Our workouts are planned on a progressive method, with a complete explanation of how to do each workout. They are customized keeping in mind the client and the requirements. So yes, you can definitely do them.

I HAVE A TENNIS ELBOW. CAN I STILL DO THE WORKOUTS?

All our customized program starts with a round of online consultation*(over WhatsApp) with the trainers and client support managers. All medical conditions are discussed in detail. We provide beginner-friendly workouts in such conditions and are guided throughout the program. We truly believe that one body part cannot restrict the movements completely. There is always a modification that you can do in such conditions.

WHAT ARE THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO CARRY OUT YOUR WORKOUTS? DO I NEED TO INVEST A LOT IN THAT?

Our workouts are planned in such a way that you need basic equipment like a yoga mat, a set of 2kg (for beginners), and above, based on your activity level. However, if you are not sure if you want to invest initially in dumbbells we would even ask clients to use one-liter water bottles filled with sand or grain to be used as dumbbells.

I HAVE A WEDDING TO ATTEND NEXT MONTH AND WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY, DOES YOUR PROGRAM GIVE QUICK WEIGHT LOSS?

There is no shortcut that can give you good and sustainable weight loss. Our programs don’t give you crash diets. Short-term goal-based weight loss can be harmful to your health and most of all you will gain back twice the lost weight in no time

IS INCH LOSS POSSIBLE FROM SPECIFIC AREAS OF MY BODY?

Spot reduction is a myth. The body decides itself were to lose and reduce fat. You have to work on total body workouts and work on overall toning.

I ALREADY HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP AND WORKOUT THERE REGULARLY. DO I STILL NEED TO CARRY OUT YOUR WORKOUTS?

No you can continue with your workouts and take only a nutrition program to combine with your regular gym workouts.

WILL I GAIN BACK THE WEIGHT I LOST, AFTER FINISHING YOUR PROGRAM?

This makes sure that you don’t have to continue doing low-calorie diets and intense 2hours workouts to keep the weight in maintenance mode. You create and learn to continue the habit. It’s a lifelong lifestyle change we aim for from the program, which will help you maintain your weight. However, NO MOVEMENT AND ADHOC EATING WILL LEAD TO WEIGHT GAIN IN ANY CONDITION.

I HAVE A HECTIC SCHEDULE AND IRREGULAR EATING PATTERNS. CAN I STILL MANAGE YOUR NUTRITIONAL PLAN?

As you know in your heart that one cannot gain good fitness with irregular eating patterns and one needs to put a little extra effort to work on it. If it was that simple then each and every person would have been the fittest. You need to have discipline and consistency and a little bit of extra effort to reach the goal you desire.

Our nutrition plans are developed by certified qualified nutritionists, who make sure you get the balance of each and every component needed in a day. No fancy stuff and no crazy imbalance of any food element.
