Fitter and Healthier you may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend the same for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

You may cancel your Program or Personal counseling at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event that Fitter and Healthier You suspends or terminates your account on this agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

It is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.). Fitter and Healthierdoes not validate all credit card information required by the customer's payment provider to secure payment.

In the event of any billing problems or discrepancies thus encountered, the customer ought to notify Fitter and Healthier within 30 days.

1. At Fitter and Healthier, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy’. Once fitness program or personal counseling session is purchased online on our platform, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer is advised to make an informed decision while making a purchase on our platform.
